I woke up and went to sleep same time as everyday.The night before I listened to a bit of music before I went to sleep that was a bit different.
I was a bit stressed over an argument in the romantic section of my life the day before.
Today I went home from work early...I helped my mother with some leaves and branches from a bush and it irritated my skin a lot. Also I did not eat very well today.
My morning meal was a sandwich peanut butter and jelly and a banana.
Afternoon: nothing.
Migraine started before my dinner but I had a burger and fries
My hypothesis: I went more than 6 hours without eating.
Possible triggers: sleeping pattern and today 6 hours without eating.
